JCS 2011 Summer Mission Trip

Destination: Guatemala City, Guatemala
Date: June 11-18, 2011

This summer, thirteen JCHS students have an incredible opportunity to serve God by participating in a short-term mission trip to Guatemala City, Guatemala. The trip will take place on June 11-18, 2011, and will be co-led by JCS faculty member, Kara Weitzel, Pastor Glynn Knight of Cascades Baptist Church, and parent/volunteer Roy Tong.

JCS has partnered with alumnus Joe Neill of Simply Missions (www.simplymissions.org) in order to provide this missions opportunity for students. While in Guatemala the team will work along side Global Soccer Ministries to assist with work projects on soccer fields and at schools in order to make it easier for them to share Christ through soccer.

Please commit to pray for this team as they prepare for ministry in Guatemala. We are confident that God will use this time in Guatemala to work in the lives of our students.
