Kingdom Kids Preschool, Begindergarten and Daycare

Kingdom Kids Preschool and Daycare is filled with warm and caring people who provide “exceptional beginnings for early learners.” Our faculty members are highly trained educators who love the Lord and have a special giftedness for teaching our smallest students.

Kingdom Kids Preschool and Daycare is a happy, colorful and stimulating setting, which opens young minds to absorb the early skills they will need for success in school. Our engaging activities are purposeful because we focus on academic readiness. Our goal is to prepare children to be ready to learn to read, write and perform basic math when they begin kindergarten.

While we are focused on preparing them for the big step of starting school, we are driven by the love that Jesus showed to the little children as they played around His feet. We believe that kids are the most important blessings God gives. The value God places on each child cannot be measured. We delight in nurturing them in our classrooms so that they fall in love with learning and with God right from the start.

We are focused on meeting the needs of our parents as well, so scheduling for preschool and daycare can be combined for greater flexibility. You may choose Monday through Friday half days or full days, or Monday, Wednesday, Friday half days or full days. Kingdom Kids is licensed by the State of Michigan so that a portion of the cost is tax-deductible.

Three Kingdom Kids Classes

Kingdom Kids Preschool has enjoyed a long-standing and well-earned reputation for preparing little ones for a great start in school. Our goal is to provide a fun, interactive environment to develop a lifelong love of learning. Our preschool teachers are specialists in early childhood education. Kingdom Kids offers three distinct programs.

Preschool Just for Threes
Children whose 3rd birthday is prior to November 1st are eligible for this program.
Three-year-olds love to touch, which means their classroom is filled with materials to help develop their small and large muscles. Our daily emphasis on language development builds new vocabulary and their new words are then put to use as they “dress-up” for dramatic play, create artwork, or retell the day’s story. Students grasp number concepts by using a variety of objects to count, sort, and create patterns. All of these essential skills are targeted within a fun, music and movement oriented curriculum that has children learning and growing with enthusiasm!

Preschool Just for Threes: 8:10 – 11:15 AM*
Monday, Wednesday, Friday class

If you would like a 5 day preschool experience, you can sign up for Preschool Enrichment.
This is offered on Tuesday and Thursday.

Registration Fee: $80.00 per year
Tuition: $16.00 per morning
A full-day option is available by adding afternoon daycare.

Preschool Just for Fours
Children whose 4th birthday is prior to November 1st are eligible for this program.
Four-year-olds enjoy an innovative and highly successful phonics curriculum called ZOO-Phonics®. Zoo-Phonics teaches children all about animals: their habitats, their special characteristics, even their geographical location. Then we expand on those animal names to help children learn alphabet letters and sounds with an exciting, multi-sensory approach using music, visuals, movement and a multitude of activities! Foundational math skills, including counting, sorting, organizing data, and creating charts is all part of the fun!

Preschool Just for Fours: 8:10 – 11:15 AM*
Monday, Wednesday, Friday class (or)
Tuesday, Thursday class

If you would like a 5 day preschool experience, you can sign up for Preschool Enrichment.
This is offered on Tuesday and Thursday. (This only works with preschoolers signed up for a M,W,F class.)

Registration Fee: $80.00 per year
Tuition: $16.00 per morning
A full-day option is available by adding afternoon daycare.

Begindergarten for Older Fours and Younger Fives
Four year old children who have already experienced preschool and five year olds who aren’t quite ready for the big step into kindergarten are perfectly suited to Begindergarten. Begindergarten is academically focused on the essentials of kindergarten readiness at just the right pace. Student’s knowledge builds throughout the year as they mature and become ready for kindergarten success.

Begindergarten: 8:10 – 11:30 AM*
Monday – Friday class

Registration Fee: $80.00 per year
Tuition: $16.00 per morning
A full-day option is available by adding Kindergarten Extension or daycare.

*For working parents: Drop-off for preschool children begins at 7:30 AM. Before school care is offered at no charge.

Kingdom Kids Afternoon Daycare
Quality afternoon daycare is available to Kingdom Kids Preschoolers and JCS Kindergarteners. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate family needs. Afternoon daycare features indoor and outdoor play time, art, literature, movement activities and rest time. Afterschool care is also available. Please inquire for more information.

Daycare Schedule: Monday – Friday from 11:15 – 3:10 PM (Choose any combination of days.)
Daycare Registration Fee: $53.00 per year
Registration fee covers: snacks, art and activity supplies
Cost per afternoon: $15.00

Kindergarten Extension (K.E.) *
Families of Kindergarten students can choose Kindergarten Extension for afternoon care on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. K. E. is designed to enhance the morning curriculum, giving the children additional time to master the skills they are learning. K.E. is filled with games and activities to compliment their understanding in a fun environment.

Kindergarten Extension Schedule: Monday – Friday from 11:30 – 3:10 PM
Registration Fee: $53.00 per year
Registration fee covers: snacks, art and activity supplies
Cost per afternoon: $15.50

* Kindergarten Extension is for Kindergarteners and Begindergarteners who are almost 5.

After School Care
After School Care is available to all Jackson Christian Elementary Students.

After School Care Schedule and Costs
Monday – Friday 3:30 – 5:30 PM
Flat Rate Fee: $5.00 per day

Kingdom Kids is licensed by the State of Michigan as a childcare facility. Kingdom Kids accepts DHS payments. A portion of your costs are tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for complete information.
