The 10th Annual
Royal Knight Auction will take place
Friday, November 6, 2009, on the
high school campus.

The Royal Knight Auction is the major all-school fund-raising event
of the Jackson Christian school year. Choosing to educate children
in a Christian environment often requires great financial sacrifice.
Therefore, auction proceeds are channeled to the general fund to
narrow the gap between the amount of tuition charged and the true
cost of the JCS educational experience.
School families are strongly encouraged to donate at least three
items to the auction. Asking for a donation is as easy as making a
call or sending a letter. Personal contact and asking for a specific
type of contribution is always best. Using the Contribution Request
Letter is recommended when explaining who we are and the purpose of
our auction.
Each family is also encouraged to take part the evening of the
auction. Reservations are $35 per person, various levels of
sponsorships are also available. It takes over 100 volunteers to
create a successful event, so parents and other volunteers are a
critical part of running the event. School families should refer to
the Auction Update (mailed on 9-16) for all of the volunteer
opportunities.
When it comes to the Royal Knight Auction everyone is needed to join
in the fun for an awesome cause!
